I denna byggnad arrangeras 1700-talsaftnar, s\u00e5som Bellmans bes\u00f6k i staden, trubadurkv\u00e4llar, temautst\u00e4llningar, bl.a. gamla fotografier och stadplaner.<br>Felenska huset har kaf\u00e9verksamhet sommartid.
